Shipping policy

Casa Bambina Home Collection offers shipping services to Puerto Rico and the United States through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We are not responsible for lost packages or any delays by USPS.

Please note that a processing and shipping time of 1 to 2 business days is required for your order. If you order a custom size, your pillow covers will be made-to-order. Once you place your order, we will begin creating your item between 1-5 business days. After your order is ready, we will ship via USPS as soon as possible.

Please make sure you provide us with your correct shipping address. If your order is returned to us as "unable to deliver" due to incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the additional cost to ship it again. Otherwise, we will cancel the order and refund the sale amount minus the shipping costs incurred.
