Returns

If you are not satisfied with any item, any claim must be made within the first seven (7) days, once the package is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Shipping payment is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling back to Casa Bambina Home Collection.

To request a return, you can contact us at casabambinapr@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, no refund will be made, you will receive a store credit instead. It will be valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make necessary corrections.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
