Some textiles are more delicate than others so we recommend spot cleaning or hand washing the pillow covers. Do not tumble dry; please hang to dry.

Most of the pillow covers will be made-to-order. Once you place your order, we will begin creating your item between 1-5 business days. After your order is ready, we will ship via USPS as soon as possible. Please make sure you provide us with your correct shipping address. If your order is returned to us as "unable to deliver" due to incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the additional cost to ship it again. Otherwise, we will cancel the order and refund the sale amount minus the shipping costs incurred.

This is an important question. If your pillow insert doesn't fill the cover properly it just looks cheap and flat. You want your insert to really fill out the pillow cover all the way to the corners and make it look plump and luxurious.  

To do this you need to use an insert that is actually bigger than the pillow cover.  We recommend:
- for square pillow covers you use an insert that is about 5-6cm or 2" bigger than the cover
- for rectangular (lumber) pillow covers you use an insert that is 2-3cm or 1" larger than the cover

It depends.  There's no right or wrong answer.  It's up to you.

If you are after the "karate chop" look to your decorative pillows, you will need a feather filled insert.  Polyester filling will just bounce back and not hold the shape of the chop.

With feather-filled inserts you will need to fluff up your decorative pillows every time you sit on them, and with polyester-filled inserts you won't need to be fluffing up.

Please have in mind that all designs are handmade and are not exactly the same, as textiles vary with their natural blemishes and imperfections, making each piece unique.

Colors and materials from natural dyes behave differently and although we offer several products of the same style, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature of the fabric, making each item look slightly different from the next.
